A2 Almacenar calor (Instrucción para los profesores)

Guía del experimento:
Información general e indicaciones prácticas sobre la realización del experimento "A2 Almacenar calor - Del depósito de agua a la fundición de sal?. Consta de cuatro experimentos parciales.


El experimento consta de cuatro experimentos parciales:
· El agua para almacenar el calor - No sólo el té se enfría
· El agua para almacenar de forma eficaz el calor - El agua puede permanecer durante más tiempo caliente, al...
· El calor para los dedos fríos - ¿Sirve el cojín térmico para almacenar el calor?
· La forma de almacenar el calor del cojín térmico - Una sal a veces sólida y a veces líquida

Los aparatos y materiales alcanzan para realizar los experimentos en ocho grupos de alumnos a
la vez. Si se realizan todos los experimentos parciales según el orden propuesto se crea una base
para tener una unidad lectiva sobre el tema del calor, el almacenamiento del calor, la temperatura,
el cambio de fase (estado físico o de agregación), el calor de fundición y el calor latente.

Notas:
· Observe las indicaciones de seguridad incluidas en las instrucciones, así como las normas de seguridad vigentes en el colegio.
· Todos los materiales indicados en las instrucciones deberán adquirirse directamente de fuentes comerciales.

Guía del experimento:
Información general e indicaciones prácticas sobre la realización del experimento "C2 Los hidratos de carbono suministran energía al metabolismo - El almidón y el azúcar?. Consta de dos experimentos parciales.


El experimento consta de dos experimentos parciales:
· Las papas contienen almidón
· La hidrólisis del almidón

Este experimento sirve para introducir el tema de la digestión y el metabolismo en el cuerpo
humano. Es posible abordar de forma cualitativa el tema de la digestión en el grupo de edad hasta los 16 años. Sin embargo, para ahondar en el tema del metabolismo se requieren conocimientos básicos de Química orgánica y Bioquímica, que sólo pueden darse por sentados o captarse a partir del grupo de edad 16+.
